We, M/s Pawan Kumar Budhamal, currently own two fully automated manufacturing & processing plants with state-of-the-art machinery. These units are located in Gwalior, M.P. Here is a brief description of our infrastructural setup :
- Manufacturing Unit : The manufacturing unit is spread over 65000 square feet with approx. 18000 square feet constructed area. It is equipped with the latest Classifiers, Separators, Graders, De-Stoners & Hullers and four Color Sorting Machines that are imported from Buhler Sortex Ltd., London. Capitalizing on the well-developed facility, we produce approximately 15000 M.T. per annum.
- In-House Laboratory : We have in-house laboratory for testing the Sesame Seeds on parameters such as admixture, moisture, seed count and purity. We also utilize services of the leading testing agencies like SGS, Geo Chem etc. to test the products for the presence of E. coli and Salmonella.
